Frequently asked questions

When should I order a gift box for Eid?

Allow 5 to 7 days before Eid al-Fitr (dates and sweets) and 10 to 14 days before a large Eid al-Adha gathering. Turboliv delivery takes 24 to 48 hours within major cities once dispatched.

What are the Ramadan and Eid dates in Morocco?

They follow the Hijri calendar, which moves about 11 days earlier each year, and are set by the Ministry of Habous. The dates shown here are therefore estimates and are updated once the official announcement is made.

Do you deliver gift boxes to Europe?

No. Guermello delivers throughout Morocco (Turboliv, 24–48 h, free over 600 MAD) and does not currently offer shipping to Europe.

Is there an order deadline for Ramadan?

Yes: demand rises sharply in the two weeks before the first day of Ramadan. For corporate runs in series, allow 3 to 4 weeks so personalisation can be approved.

Build the box for the occasion

Boxes, platters and assortments are assembled in Casablanca and roasted in Taza since 1994. The occasion guides above cover what to give; the showcase lists the prices and formats available.
