The date and dried fruit platter, a Moroccan tradition

At a Moroccan wedding table, the date and dried fruit platter often opens the service: Medjool or filled dates, figs, almonds, cashews, mixes and sometimes chocolate treats. Guermello presents these compositions on a platter or in a large round teyfour, from 26 cm up to 55 cm depending on the number of guests.

Compositions are chosen from the real products in the shop, sold by weight from 250 g, or from the gift showcase whose prices are listed. For a specific table, tell us the number of guests and we suggest the right format.

Guest boxes, gifts for the couple

For guests, an individual format or a small box is handed out at the end of the reception: a date box, a bowl assortment, or a small box of sweets. For the couple, people give a large platter, a prestige box or a Medjool date box to share after the celebration.

Personalisation (card, ribbon, wrapping) is available on request, including for large runs. For any run handed to guests, allow several weeks: personalisation and production take time, and peak-season Saturdays go quickly.

Quantities, personalisation and delivery on the day

The most useful rule is to settle the number of units before choosing the composition: from there the format and budget follow, and the quote comes back within 48 h with quantities, lead times and price. Delivery runs across Morocco via Turboliv within 24–48 h, with cash on delivery and free delivery from 600 MAD.

For a hand-out on the day of the reception, order early and have it delivered the day before rather than the same morning: wedding days are busy and an early delivery removes the tension. Collection is possible in Casablanca (9 Av. Ahmed Charci) and Rabat (Dar Essalam Market, stand MS 16). Our workshops hold the ONSSA certificate (since 2022).
