1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Guermello, a roasted nut shop in Morocco: Guermello, 9 Av. Ahmed Charci, Casablanca 20300 — contact: contact@guermello.com, WhatsApp +212 764 496 121.

2. What data do we collect?

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address and purchase history — needed to prepare and deliver your parcel (cash on delivery).

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.

When you leave an unfinished cart: cart information, so you can pick up where you left off.

If you accept audience measurement: anonymised browsing data (pages visited, source) via Google Analytics.

We never ask for or store your card details.

3. On what legal bases do we process your data?

Order fulfilment (sales contract): processing required for delivery and after-sales service.

Your consent: newsletter, audience measurement and cart reminders. You can withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or the cookie banner setting).

Our legitimate interests: fraud prevention, site improvement and answering your requests via WhatsApp or the contact form.

4. Who can access your data?

Our teams (shop and delivery) and strictly necessary technical providers: website host, Turboliv delivery service (name, phone, address), email service and, where applicable, Google Analytics for audience measurement.

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil it, then for our Moroccan legal and accounting obligations.

Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Audience-measurement data is kept for the period defined by our tool, without being linked to your order data.

6. What are your rights?

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 you have rights of access, correction and objection over your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@guermello.com or via WhatsApp. We reply as soon as possible after verifying your identity.

7. Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses no advertising cookies. An audience-measurement tool (Google Analytics) only loads after your explicit consent through the banner; you can decline with no impact on the shop.
