Ramadan gift boxes in Morocco
A Ramadan gift box is a selection of dates, dried fruit and sweets presented in a box, given during the month of Ramadan — to break the fast at home, to thank someone, or for a company’s staff and clients. Guermello assembles these boxes in Morocco with the Medjool dates and tree nuts it has hand-roasted since 1994.
What goes into a Ramadan gift box?
Dates are the base: Moroccan Medjool for natural sweetness, and dates filled with pistachio, walnut or ginger for the piece that stands out. Around them sit the roasted nuts — almonds, cashews, sweet or savoury mixes — then chocolate treats and artisan honeys, which round off the box both for breaking the fast and for family visits.
Guermello does not sell one fixed "Ramadan box": compositions are built from the real products in the shop, sold by weight from 250 g, or from the gift showcase whose prices are listed. The most ordered boxes during the month are date boxes, mixed date-and-nut platters, and the bowl assortments.
Personal Ramadan, corporate Ramadan
For someone close, the box stays a gesture: a date and nut platter, a sweets assortment, or a box composed around the recipient’s taste. Personalisation (card, ribbon, wrapping) is available on request.
For a company, Ramadan is the peak of the year: gifts for staff, clients and partners, often in runs of 50 to several hundred units. In that case order early — allow several weeks before the month starts for a personalised run — and ask for a quote: the team replies within 48 h with a priced proposal.
Ordering and delivery during Ramadan
Delivery runs across Morocco via Turboliv within 24–48 h in the main cities, with cash on delivery, and is free from 600 MAD (20 MAD in Casablanca, 30 MAD in its suburbs, 35–45 MAD depending on the city). In the busiest weeks, order two to three days ahead and prefer early-week delivery.
You can also collect from our Casablanca (9 Av. Ahmed Charci) and Rabat (Dar Essalam Market, stand MS 16) stores. Our workshops hold the ONSSA certificate (since 2022).
