Under “dried fruits”, Guermello brings together treasures of the Moroccan terroir — Medjool dates, figs, raisins, apricots — plus a selection of carefully dried exotic fruit: strawberries, mango, pineapple. Roasters since 1994, we select each batch for ripeness and consistency.

Stuffed dates (pistachio, walnut, almond, ginger, pecan) are the star of celebrations and platters, while Ouazzane figs and raisins go with daily mint tea. Everything is sold by weight or by bag, with a fair per-100 g price.
