Does the caramel make the nuts sticky?

No. Our coating is cooked so it stays dry and crunchy once cooled: caramelized nuts separate easily and do not stick to your fingers. Keep them in a sealed container at room temperature.

What is Rose of Megouna?

It is the dried rose grown in the Valley of Roses near Kelaat M’Gouna. Our caramelized almonds carry its discreet, elegant floral scent — a nod to the Moroccan terroir.

What do caramelized nuts go with?
