Blanched Almonds Three Cheese — blanched almonds (skin removed), hand-roasted in small batches, then seasoned with a blend of three cheeses. Without the skin the almond takes the seasoning over its whole surface: the flavour is more direct and the texture finer than a whole almond.
Serve as an aperitif, or crumbled over a salad in place of croutons.
