Blanched Almonds Paprika — blanched almonds (skin removed), hand-roasted in small batches, then lifted with paprika. Without the skin the paprika clings to the almond’s whole surface: more direct, cleaner, and without the astringency the skin can leave on the palate.
Our spiciest take on the aperitif almond — beside a beer, or on a dinner-party table with olives and fresh cheese.
