This format sits between the professional and the personal: sharing platters and deli pots that need no cutlery, set out in a meeting room or by the desks. Nobody has to carve or plate.
A parting gift
On request we prepare a box to hand to the person leaving, alongside the sharing platters.

We prepare every platter to order and deliver it across Casablanca. We do not yet deliver to Rabat or the rest of Morocco.

- How many people does a platter feed?
- Our cheese and mixed platters serve roughly 5 to 10 people, depending on how generously you cut. For a bigger table we compose several platters rather than one enormous one — tell us the headcount and we will size it.
- Do the platters arrive ready to serve?
- Yes. They arrive on their wooden board, inside a protective box, with the menu and the allergen notice. There is nothing to assemble, carve or plate.
