Terms of sale

Scope These terms govern any order of platters and boxes from Beaux Plateaux, a brand operated by Taza Valley - Créateurs de Saveurs, SARL AU, whose registered office is at 5 Avenue Moulay Al Hassan, Taza Haut, Province de Taza. They apply under Moroccan Law 31-08 on consumer protection. Orders An order is only firm once we have confirmed the contents, price and delivery slot in writing (WhatsApp or email). The online form and the WhatsApp conversation are a request, not a firm order. Production lead time Platters are made to order over 48 hours from confirmation. Any order for an earlier date cannot be guaranteed. Prices Prices are in Moroccan dirham (MAD) and include tax. Delivery is shown separately and confirmed with the order. Payment Payment terms are confirmed with the order. Cancellation Cancellation must reach us before production begins. After that point the goods are made to order and the order remains payable. Allergens — please read Our kitchens use many ingredients and shared equipment. We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens: the risk of cross-contamination is high and traces of all 14 allergens may be present. Each platter's composition and allergen list is published on its page. If you have an allergy or intolerance, write to us before ordering and we will tell you plainly whether we can accommodate it. Substitutions Produce is sourced daily and garnishes are seasonal: a substitution may occur without changing the price or the nature of the platter. Delivery We deliver in Casablanca only. Delivery requires someone present to receive it. Platters are to be eaten the day they arrive and are not returned or exchanged on that basis. Liability Our liability is engaged within the limits of Moroccan law and cannot exceed the value of the order concerned. Complaints Any complaint must reach us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@guermello.com, with a photograph if possible. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Taza.
