The platter takes the shape of a number or a letter, made from seasonal fruit, cheeses, crudités and bites to share. It is the platter for birthdays and the dates that matter.
How to order it
Tell us the number or letter you want, the date and the headcount. It is ordered like any other platter, counting the 48 hours of preparation.
For larger tables
For a group we compose several platters rather than one very large one, so that everyone can help themselves.
Platter delivery in Casablanca
We prepare every platter to order and deliver it across Casablanca. We do not yet deliver to Rabat or the rest of Morocco.
Lead time
48 hours between order confirmation and delivery. For an event, plan for it: nothing is prepared in advance.

- 48 hours between confirmation and delivery. That is production time, not transport: every platter is made after we confirm it, which is why the produce is fresh and why we hold no stock.
- How many people does a platter feed?
- Our cheese and mixed platters serve roughly 5 to 10 people, depending on how generously you cut. For a bigger table we compose several platters rather than one enormous one — tell us the headcount and we will size it.
- Do the platters arrive ready to serve?
- Yes. They arrive on their wooden board, inside a protective box, with the menu and the allergen notice. There is nothing to assemble, carve or plate.
