- Where can I order a grazing platter in Casablanca?
- Every platter is made to order in Casablanca and delivered inside the city. Order on the site, on WhatsApp or by email — we confirm the contents, the price and the delivery slot in writing before anything is prepared.
- Where can I find a caterer for an event in Casablanca?
- Beaux Plateaux prepares sharing platters, aperitif selections and boxes for receptions in Casablanca. Every order is made to order. Contact us with the date, the number of guests and the venue, and we will propose something that suits the occasion.
- Do you deliver to Rabat, or anywhere else in Morocco?
- Not yet. Delivery is Casablanca only: the platters are composed the same morning they go out, and they are not built for a long journey. For Rabat or another city, write to us anyway — we would rather tell you honestly what is possible than take an order we cannot keep.
- What exactly is a sharing platter?
- One board, put in the middle of the table, that everyone helps themselves from. Cheese, charcuterie, fruit, crudités and dips, depending on which one you choose. They arrive ready to serve, so nobody is stuck in the kitchen while the guests are in the room.
- How far in advance do I need to order?
- 48 hours between confirmation and delivery. That is production time, not transport: every platter is made after we confirm it, which is why the produce is fresh and why we hold no stock.
- Do the platters arrive ready to serve?
- Yes. They arrive on their wooden board, inside a protective box, with the menu and the allergen notice. There is nothing to assemble, carve or plate.
- How do I know what is in a platter, and whether I can eat it?
- Each platter page lists its composition and its allergens. Our kitchens handle all 14 allergens, so we cannot promise that anything is allergen-free — write to us before ordering and we will go through it with you.
- Do you cater for companies and corporate events?
- It is a large part of what we do: pre-cut platters for meetings, grazing boxes for late teams and launches, branded gift boxes for clients, and platter spreads for conferences and openings. Give us the date, the headcount and the address, and we come back with a proposal.
